Here at Ringneck Resort, we pursue wild birds through the prairies of ND.  You won't find any pen-raised pheasants here.  We seek out good quantities of birds for each and every hunt.



We offer both waterfowl hunting and upland hunting opportunities, depending on what's hot at the time.  We will work hard to accommodate your party with a quality experience.

Waterfowl/Upland Combo Hunt Pricing

What To Expect On Your Combo Hunt in Prairie Pothole Country!


On our pheasant and waterfowl combo hunts, we will typically hunt waterfowl in the mornings and upland hunt during the afternoon.


The weather will dictate this setting each morning. After our morning waterfowl hunt we will head back to the hunting lodge for a quick lunch.


We will then head back out about 1 pm and hunt until sundown, until the hunters are pooped, or until upland bird limits are reached.  After our staff processes the birds, you will enjoy our happy hour with some appetizers as you revisit the day’s events.


After happy hour, you will then enjoy one of our signature suppers and then its time sit back and enjoy all the amenities of our beautiful hunting lodge.

Upland Hunting Package


All of our upland game hunting packages include your meals, lodging, alcohol, bird cleaning and shells.


ND Pheasant Hunting Packages do not include hunting license ($122.00)


Dates: Tentatively the Second Saturday of October-December 1st


Minimum group size to book: 1 person


Groups of 6+ will hunt as private group


Large groups are welcome as we can accommodate up to 48 hunters at a time


Limits: 3 Pheasants/Day with a 4-day possession limit

What to Expect from Our Pheasant Hunts


A typical morning in our pheasant hunt package will start with breakfast served from 7 am-8 am.


After breakfast we will form into our groups and head out for the pheasant hunt. We will typically hunt until about 11:30 and then head back to the lodge for a quick lunch.


If limits of pheasants were not taken in the morning, we will then head back out to the field about 1 pm and hunt until Dark, until our hunters are tired, or until limits are reached. 


After that it's appetizers, a fantastic supper, and a relaxing night in the lodge.
